Who We Are

We are SLPs, SLPAs, OTs, and school psychologists who are dedicated to building genuine relationships with those we serve

School districts across the Western states have been depending on The Hello Foundation to provide high-quality specialists since 2005. We offer flexible onsite and telepractice solutions to long- and short-term coverage needs, including our unique Hello There hybrid teletherapy model. We are fans of collaboration, celebrators of victories large and small, listeners first and talkers second. Also pretty good at hugs, handshakes, and fist bumps.

Hello There Hybrid Teletherapy Model

The Hello There model combines the best of both worlds: monthly on-site visits paired with daily online services.

Teletherapy is an effective and efficient way to deliver direct services to students, but nothing replaces a specialist working in the building when it comes to collaboration with teachers, school staff, and families. That’s why we developed our innovative Hello There hybrid telepractice model. Our SLPs and school psychs will train and supervise your aide, write lesson plans, provide direct and consultative services to students, complete compliance paperwork, hold and attend meetings, and otherwise develop a wealth of institutional knowledge.

Teletherapy Model

Our teletherapy services look different because they are different

Long before COVID prompted schools to ponder online instruction for the masses, Hello began utilizing teletherapy services to provide quality direct instruction to students in their local schools and home school programs. Since 2009, we have been refining the art of prioritizing student growth through effective and efficient therapy, consultation, team meetings, and problem-solving directly with other specialists and families. Teletherapy with Hello is ideal for school administrators most interested in working with a highly skilled professional experienced in moving students and teams forward.

Traditional On-Site Model

Traditional on-site services from the best SLPs, SLPAs, school psychologists, and OTs in the business

We provide on-site SLPs, SLPAs, school psychs, and OTs to districts in and around the greater Portland, OR metro and SW Washington area. Our year-long contracts feature unmatched flexibility in our terms of service and offer high-quality staff to meet your specific needs. The best part? Districts are always given the opportunity to meet and interview our specialists before signing a contract.

Communication underlies nearly every experience in our lives. Helping to enable and improve communication for another is to optimize their overall living experience. Therefore, supporting others to achieve their potential only brings further diversity to this world that we share, and as a result, improves the living experience for us all.
